Bag Lady v2: You can see the Bag lady represents a homeless person. We are deprived American Sign Language in United States. She grew up with lack of access to our ASL and gathered the hands and eyes (People of Eye) in her bag.  The Bag Lady would not find a third place "home". Present, Many deaf schools are closed down as they are home to Deaf children. Where is next generation of Deaf children will go? Also, you do not see any Deaf Adult have a position in a controlled organization, administration, management and company that provide services to deaf children.
