Mother poses two languages. One is for ear and another is for eye.
Painting brushstroke style feel like dreamy Chagall and showing two De’VIA motifs are dandelion and sunflower.

A white puff dandelion placed mom’s ear behind. It represents a mom with her determination, and a willful directive to survive to have a bond with a Deaf child by communication in ASL.

A second motif is Sunflower placed on her other side face of Picasso style. It refers to intelligent and healing between Hearing mom and Deaf child. It gives a gift of Deafhood.
